COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- Once again, the NCAA Men's Frozen Four will feature an American flair, as 80 of the 104 players on the rosters of the University of Michigan, University of Minnesota Duluth, University of North Dakota and Unviersity of Notre Dame have developmental roots in the United States.
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - The University of North Dakota, which last weekend defeated No. 15 Rensselaer and No. 7 University of Denver in the NCAA Midwest Regional, enters its 20th NCAA Men's Frozen Four as the No. 1 team in the USA Today/USA Hockey Magazine Men's College Hockey Poll. North Dakota, which improved to 32-8-3 overall, collected 510 points and all 34 first-place votes to earn the top spot for the sixth week in a row.
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - The University of North Dakota remains No. 1 in this week's USA Today/USA Hockey Magazine Men's College Hockey Poll following a series sweep of Michigan Tech University in the Western Collegiate Hockey Association tournament. North Dakota, which improved to 28-8-3 and advanced to the WCHA's Final Five, collected 505 points and 29 first-place votes to earn the top spot for the fourth week in a row.
