Anisimov, Hagelin Can Help Fuel The Rangers Secondary Scoring
New York – The New York Rangers have been in need of some secondary scoring this season. Fans have been waiting for some players to step up in this department and one 23-year-old veteran has stepped up and that’s Artem Anisimov.
The Rangers pivot (6-4, 200) is in the midst of his third full season with the Blueshirts, not counting his one-game cup of coffee in 2009, and his numbers have been steadily increasing to the point where he’s on pace to get around 50-55 points this year.

NEW YORK RANGERS PLAYERS ON THE PASSING OF DEREK BOOGAARD
Marian Gaborik:

The Fight is Over - - The Eastern Conference Playoffs are Set
Philadelphia – The Philadelphia Flyers beat the New York Islanders 7-4, to end their season on a high note and they clinched the Atlantic Division.
The Flyers went up 5-4 at 18:29 of the second period when Scott Hartnell fired one past the Rick DiPietro. He fought hard for that in the crease and that put a rubber stamp on the Flyers regular season.
New York Rangers Top 10 Prospects
1) Chris Kreider - 6-2, 217 - C –(19th overall pick in 2009) - It's been a while since the New York Rangers have produced a real offensive star forward but this youngster has the goods and he has a knack for playing at his best in big games. He was a first rounder and he should live up to the billing and then some. During this past World Junior Championships he was named Team USA's Player of the Game following their win over Switzerland and was a wiz on the power play. He has a well above-average wrist shot which looks to be an important offensive tool for the Boxford, Massachusetts native. With all of his international experience plus college playoff dramatics including a Frozen Four win and an appearance in the outdoor game he should really make a pretty big splash with the Blueshirts when he’s ready. A broken jaw this season has set him back a bit.
