That’s how Craig Anderson, the new acquisition of the Ottawa Senators, described his day last Friday.

Anderson had begun the day at practice with the Colorado Avalanche. During practice, he was informed that had been traded to the Ottawa Senators. Adding urgency to the situation, he was also told that he would be in the line up, in uniform, and on the bench for the Sens that evening.

“It was kind of a shock,” said Anderson. “Everything was so sudden, and then everything happened so quickly.”
