Turn It Up Lets The Reader Inside the World of Lynyrd Skynyrd

I remember the original Lynyrd Skynyrd vividly. We played their music at house parties and everywhere else. Tour manager, Ron Eckerman talks about how he became their tour manager and his stories about Ronnie Van Zant and company give the readers amazing inside access.

There is a great story about an exploding ketchup bottle in a diner that is absolutely hilarious.

I enjoyed reading about Skynyrd playing softball against Billy Graham’s team. Ronnie was a good player but most of the band wasn’t.

Shinedown Headlined Big Triple Bill in Reading

Reading -- Shinedown, Three Days Grace and P.O.D played an action packed show at the Soverign Center.

P.O.D opened it up with “Lost In Forever” for the most part their set was good but the a few things that cast a shadow on their set. The first was the fact that lead singer, Sonny Sandoval, at times was almost screaming the lyrics and during the set he spit on stage. It was gross and vulgar.
