pens trounce phantoms for commanding 3-1 series lead

Philadelphia, PA – Wednesday night the Phantoms found themselves backed into a corner, as the rival Wilkes-Barre Scranton Penguins defeated them in Game 4 of the East Division semi-finals 8-4 for a 3 games to 1 series lead. The Phantoms, who seemed to be everyone’s pick to go on to win the Calder Cup at the end of the regular season now find themselves facing elimination as the series shifts back to Wachovia Arena in Wilkes-Barre Friday.
