Boston – Tyler Seguin has only averaged 10:29 of ice time. If the Bruins want to play in the first Game 7 in the Stanley Cup Finals in franchise history he needs to get more ice time and time on the power play.
Mike Milbury has been very “pro Bruins” on television and that’s not helping his overall credibility.
Tim Thomas didn’t bite at Roberto Luongo’s “save remark” and the high road suits him.
Vancouver has the second best road record in the playoffs so they need to step on the throat of the Bruins and get their first road win, you never want to play in a Game 7 if you can help it.
Because this game is a potential clincher for Vancouver there are definitely more Canucks fans in town.
Just 45 minutes before the festivities get started the building is virtually empty. Fans are milling around outside, on the concourse, in the lounges, getting pumped for what’s next.
Stanley should make an appearance sometime early in the third period if it’s a close game.
