What The Flyers Need To Do To Win The Series?
1) Brian Boucher has to play the lion’s share of the games. He has to be the #1 because the team has the most confidence in him. If he gets pulled one game he has to start the next. This isn’t an indictment of Sergei Bobrovsky this is just a veteran team who seems to play better in front of Boucher.

2) Boucher has to be sharp. He can’t have any 4-goal games.
3) Chris Pronger has to play at least 10-15 minutes a game to offset Zdeno Chara and some of the other big bangers on the Bruins.
4) The Flyers have to continue their very recent success on the power play.

What The Bruins Need to Do To Win The Series?
1) Tim Thomas has to be the rock in net that he’s been for most of the season as a Vezina Finalist.
2) Zdeno Chara has to keep guys like Mike Richards, Kris Versteeg and Scott Hartnell from crashing the net.
3) The Bruins need a power play goal or two in the first game in the worst way. That way they can forget about how bad it was last series.
4) Mark Recchi and Nathan Horton have to set the tone offensive. Recchi may be 43 but he’s always around the net creating scoring chances for his team.

Flyers X Factor
JVR and Claude Giroux need to continue to compliment Danny Briere’s clutch goals.

Bruins X Factor
Thomas has to keep his cool and not get rattled.

Prediction
Bruins in 7 because they have the dynamic #1 goaltender who is having a great season.
